Mississippi strikers committed

Union workers in Pascagoula concluded their third Saturday on the picket line with no end of the strike in place. The two sides last met officially Wednesday for just under four hours at the Gautier Civic Center before adjourning. No further talks have been set in the labor dispute. "The strike is still on," said Brian Thompson, standing picket duty in front of Northrop Grumman's entrances on the Pascagoula River's west bank. "The workers are still behind it. We are deeply committed to the strike."
